I have panda anti virus and I got a virus but I don't know how to get rid of it using panda. there is a thing called quick scan and when its done nothing happens. what do i do. and the virus is adware.

If the software doesn't detect any infection try to use it with Malwarebytes' Anti-Malware which is a very good malware scanner and removal. You can use both on the same machine. Put Panda away for now and,

Try running a Malwarebytes scan. Let it remove everything it finds. So make sure you click remove selected after scan is finished. Also after you download the free version it's important to click the update tab and let Malwarebytes update before scanning with it.
